Directions for use:
As a food supplement, take one to three teaspoons daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Viridian's Viridian Certified Organic Flax Seed oil (linseed oil) uses only first cold pressed method to ensure a completely unaldulterated and premium quality nutritional oil.
This omega 3 dominant oil is an excellent source of lignans which can be added to soups, smoothies, salads or simply taken on it's own.

Orders will be dispatched on the same day if processed before 3 pm (Monday - Friday) excluding bank holidays.
Orders under £35 value incur a £4.50 delivery charge.
Occasionally, we'll use alternative couriers that may not offer a next-day service but we'll choose the fastest delivery option available.

Most orders are ready to collect in-store within 1 hour during store opening hours (Mon - Saturday 930am-530pm)
